Payment & Returns thank you and value your purchase with us. This section describes’s policies on payments received from customers and returns to customers for products or services ordered.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

Presently payment methods available with are through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. and our secure online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect your Card information. We accept all RuPay, VISA & Master Cards– only Indian cards, as International cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.

Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory, from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). You will have to log onto your bank's website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.

Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)

Is available in Tamil Nadu city limit only and is valid for a maximum of Rs. 50,000 /- per transaction. Our customer has to pay the complete booked amount prior to delivery, to be collected by authorized SATHYA Technosoft India Private Limited collection personnel. The official receipt for cash collected will be provided to the customer.
All products which have the C.O.D. icon on the product detail page are available for Cash On Delivery in Tamil Nadu city limits only.

You can avail of C.O.D. on an order if

  • Your selected products are available for C.O.D.
  • Your delivery location is serviceable by cash collection personnel.
  • Cash collection will be made only between 11:00 am and 06:00 pm during the day and at the billing address as given by the customer during online booking.

Placing orders using C.O.D.

  • Identify the products with C.O.D. icon available for online purchase.
  • Add them to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Provide the shipping address and proceed to the payment page.
  • On the payment page, select the C.O.D. option.
  • Enter the CAPTCHA code as given below and click on Submit.
  • You will receive the Order confirmation page with Order details.


All offer prices on are all inclusive of GST; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.


After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes to the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of non-delivery occured due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

Pre Orders

  • Pre-booking amount guaranteed.
  • If prices are increased after you order, the current price(Release Date effect) will be applicable to your order.
  • The balance amount of your pre-booking should be paid before shipment of your order.
  • We are running Pre-Booking only on Net Banking, Debit and Credit Cards.
  • Condition applies only on pre-booking before its release date.
  • If Pre Booking orders are placed at the same time as regular orders, your online order status and shipping confirmation emails will include the Pre-Booking.
  • Pre-Booked products are shipped separately. We will not send any other booked products.
  • We aim to deliver Pre-Booked products on or after the official launch date and as well as stock availability.

Demonstration & Installation

The demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only. In case of further clarifications, we would request you to contact us at +91 7339 400 400 or email us at and we will be happy to clarify the same. After delivery/receipt of the product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.

Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee only. For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service center/franchisee.

Inclusions in scope of work for Split A/C installation:- Installation of indoor and outdoor units, interconnecting indoor and outdoor units with piping.

Exclusions in scope of work for Split A/C Installation:- All masonry work, supply and installation of main power phase, electrical work, leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/C is present.

For other products, standard installation will be provided as per company norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen after minimum 4 business days. Returns and Refunds makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring them to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us at +91 7339 400 400 or email us at After acceptance of delivery of the product, will not entertain any returns or refund requests.

Refund will be done within 10-15 working days from the date of request for refund.

After sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirements, kindly contact us on the above-mentioned details for the same.

Prepaid Orders

Book your order in minimal (partial/min advanced) amount for priority delivery post lockdown.

SATHYA Technosoft India Private Limited will announce delivery notifications to customer before the product shipment.

Customer should pay the rest/balanced order amount to SATHYA Technosoft INDIA Private Limited before the order delivery.

SATHYA Technosoft India Private Limited cannot deliver the order without confirmation of full order payment.

E.g. Your Product Value is Rs.10000/-

But you can book it for a minimal amount is Rs.2000/- for priority delivery post lockdown. A balanced amount of Rs.8000/- should be paid before the delivery.

If a customer cancels his/her order (Partial Paid/fully paid), then SATHYA Technosoft India Private Limited will initiate a refund on priority basis. Refund will be credited in working 7-20 days as per bank terms.
